- www.egzotika.lt Buyer shall have the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, to reject the Goods if they have not been installed, used, damaged or their appearance has not been substantially altered, that is to say, the appearance of the Goods has been changed only to such extent as is necessary for the inspection of the received Goods. The costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
- The Buyer wishing to return the Goods must contact [email protected], indicating the name of the Goods, the quantity to be returned and the order number.
- Upon receipt of the returned Goods and after assessing their quality, the Seller shall, within 14 days of the return of the Goods, refund the Buyer for the Goods.
- The right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days does not apply to legal persons (entrepreneurs).
